There's lots more to come, as soon as I get a chance to write and to write and to write. In the meantime, here is a photo of a couple of OSCE folks we met at lunch on the 3rd. "Do you know anything about the elections?" I ask. "That's what we're here to organize," they respond. We have a good time talking about the elections, OSCE, computers, and the usual stuff of meeting folks you like. I said that the photo would be accessible as soon as possible, so if I get through before catching the bus to Zagreb, this will go too.
